Soup of the Day, Warm Bread

Local Game Terrine, Fig and Pear Chutney, Croutons

Classic Prawn Cocktail, Marie Rose Sauce and Granary Bread

Chicory, Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad with Balsamic Reduction

 

Mains:

Chilli and Chocolate Venison Stew, Creamed Potatoes, and Curly Kale

Roast Pave of Cod, Crushed New Potatoes, Fricassee of Mussels and Leek

Confit Duck Leg, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Green Beans, Honey and Ginger Sauce

Woodland Mushroom Risotto, Wild Rocket, Parmesan Crisp, and Truffle Oil

 

Desserts:

Sticky Toffee Pudding served with Toffee Sauce and Vanilla Ice-Cream

Chocolate Delice served with Raspberry Sorbet
